RESERVATION

We the people of india want to end reservation but not castism ?
        History
In vedic period  the varna system is established in which hindus are divided into 4 varnas provided that Brahmins are superior to all  kshatriyas are next to them followed by vaishya and lastly shudras  who are inferior to all  , but most important think at that time was the varna system was flexible that any person can chang his varna based on his ability but as result of some selfish people  it took   rigid form as time passes and consequently to resist this system religion like buddhism and jainism established and upto some extend it prevail bad ill of rigidity in hinduism . But unfortunately in gupta period varna system raised its head and till date it sustained   inspite fight of mahatma phule, shahu maharaj,dr babasaheb ambedkar, periyar, mahatma gandhi and so on.
        Reservation ?
Reservation is provision in Constitution which is one of step to overcome castism issue and bring suppressed people in main stream , which is approved unanimously in constituent assembly Provided that political reservation for 10 yr and on words it extended for every 10 yr .

  Question related to reservation

The reservation provision is for  support the socially and educationally backward classes
Did we succeeded in that  ?
 ans is NO
At the very top level of the government bureaucracy, out of a total of 149 secretary-level officers, there were no SC officers while there were only 4 ST officers, as of March 2011, according to a reply given by the MoS in the Prime Minister's Office V Narayanasamy.
At the next rung of additional secretary, out of 108 officers , there are just two each from SC and ST. Further down, out of 477 joint secretaries , 31 belong to SC, that is, 6.5% and 15 belong to ST that is 3.1%. And out of 590 directors, 17 belong to SC (2.9%) while seven belong to ST (1.2%). There is no reservation for these posts but one would expect that out of the pool of officers from SC and ST entering the civil services through quota — 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and 27% for OBC — a better proportion would have made it to these top rungs by now.
Even in the most sought after civil services, IAS, IPS and IFS, the proportion of SC, ST and OBC officers was below the mandated quotas. Out of 3,251 directly recruited IAS officers, SC officers made up 13.9%, ST officers 7.3% and OBCs just 12.9%. This information , too, was stated in the Lok Sabha by Narayanasamy in 2011. Clearly, the underprivileged sections are not yet getting the full advantage of affirmative action envisaged by the Constitution makers. This is further confirmed by the huge number of vacancies in government positions reserved for SCs and STs.
This is the senerio inspite having reservation
Representation of sc st people in non reservation sector  is null.Like Bollywood ,there is not a single judge belonging to SC/STs in the Supreme Court where the strength of judges is 31.(source national commition for shedule caste), sports, business.

Nation is lagging due to reservation ?
Often people blame reservation  for bad performance in research and development that talented candidate are not getting representation as there seat are taken by sc st student .
Actually in India  reservation is only 50 ℅ that means  there are 50℅ seats are there  for general category candidates  and these 50 ℅ candidate are quite enough  talented to built up nation. Let we consider remaining 50 ℅ are null .
why we are lagging in technology development, research and development sector, why we import arms instead of manufacture in India , why we can't top in Olympic medal chart, there are plenty reason for these problem but i am sure reservation is not one as there is no reservation in these field.

Our ancestors discriminate with sc st people ,ain't we ,but why we are punished in form of reservation ?
Crime against Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes saw a rise of 7% and 26% in 2019: NCRB
In the number of cases of rape of women belonging to SCs, Rajasthan topped the list with 554 cases, followed by Uttar Pradesh at 537 and Madhya Pradesh at 510 cases.
In 2014 when two minor girls from the SC (formerly Untouchable) community in Uttar Pradesh state were gang-raped and murdered by men from a “higher” caste just because they asked penny hike in their wages.
In PALANPUR A  27 year old (army jawan) from SC community was forcibly alighted from a horse in his wedding procession, just because he is not upper class and he can't ride horse.
       And so on.

why only lower caste people are sewer worker ?
we might think these lower class people are poor uneducated so they are working as sewer worker ,but there are upper class who are uneducated poor , they will not choose this occupation for livelihood Its all because of exclusively casteism and patriarchy.
NOT EVERYONE IN LOWER CASTE IS SEWER WORKER BUT EVERY SEWER WORKER IS FROM LOWER CASTE.

And we people are saying that it (discrimination) was history and now every thing is fine ?  reservation is not to punish us its just to give representation and support to these suppressed class.
Instead of asking for abolish reservation go for end castism and on the day castism end on that eve we will not needed reservation .
